Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Make at least one confirmed booking every three months to keep remaining credits active. Cancel or reschedule 12+ hours before a lesson to keep the credit. Recordings are for personal review only.

If email delivery is delayed, the deadline moves to preserve three full calendar months from successful delivery. Then the normal three-month booking rule applies. No cash exchange or refunds except where required by law. Gift reminders are service messages, not marketing sign-ups.
